Problem Solving

To find a solution to your problem we must first do a diagnostic, this will discover what's happening and the course of action to be taken.

Repairs (Charged per hour)

Once the problem is isolated we will endeavor to sort the problem and ensure that all is as it should be. If new hardware/software is required, we will source the best value materials to suit your price range. If repairs require for us to take away your P.C., we can supply a stand in, so you can do the basics until yours is returned.

If you are looking for a new P.C. or laptop, let us advise you on what would be the best system to suit your individual needs. We do supply bespoke systems, but if you need something a little less high tech, let us point you in the right direction for both value and spec.

P.C. Cleaning

Over time your P.C. will acquire dust and dirt, that if left could cause huge problems. Let us give your P.C. a spring clean.

P.C. Check-Up

If your not ready to give up on that trusty P.C. just yet, but would like better performance, let us give your P.C. a check up and advise you on the ways in which performance could be improved.

If your P.C. does require to be taken to the workshop for repairs, we try to supply a temporary machine so you can do the basics, i.e. email and internet.

Although we endeavor to isolate problems over the telephone, most problems do require a call out and will involve a call out charge.
